1. Our Courier partner would usually successfully deliver the parcelwithin 2 – 5 working days from the date of shipment (Our daily shipmentschedule is from Monday to Friday daily. No shipment on Saturday & Sunday orPenang state or national public holidays).
Delivery Tracking Numbers will be provided to all orders upon shipmentfor self-tracking purposes.
2. In the event of a delay in the delivery, we would recommend self-collection at the designation deporting branch of our delivery partner toavoid effects on the product quality. Affected customers may also contact ourcustomer service representative for more info.
